Chris Armstrong - Culinary Manager & Co-founder
When Chris isn't baking up a storm, she likes to watch sci-fi films and work on retro motorcycles. Her formal culinary training at SAIT combined with years of experience as a pastry chef and barista, have blended together to turn her into a baking machine. Some people call her the Grand Doughverlord.
Jesse White - Business Manager & Co-founder
Spreadsheets, legal stuff, and banking. Sounds boring right? Well Jesse loves all of those things. Don't worry, he also enjoys backpacking, hitting fresh powder on the slopes, and drinking craft beer with friends. Jesse completed the Cicerone Certified Beer Server ® course.
Charles Sicre - Operations Manager & Co-founder
Charles is a Certified Cicerone ®, as well as a bartender and assistant brewer at a Calgary based brewery. You could say that he loves beer! With his background in process engineering and beer knowledge, Charles helps ensure that the Tapped Foods operation runs smoothly.
